Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Spesialis Keamanan dan Pengawasan Aset to join our team and ensure the safety and integrity of our workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of vigilance, an ability to respond quickly to potential threats, and a commitment to maintaining a secure atmosphere for all employees and assets. This role offers a stable work schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, with the exact days to be confirmed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to deter unauthorized entry and identify potential security risks.
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems, ensuring continuous surveillance of critical zones and promptly reporting any suspicious activity.
- Control access points by verifying identification badges, logging visitor entries, and managing gate procedures.
- Conduct regular security inspections of doors, windows, alarms, and fire safety equipment, documenting any deficiencies.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, or incidents in a calm and professional manner, providing first‑aid assistance when required.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate findings to management and relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and local law enforcement to coordinate response plans and improve overall safety protocols.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, standard operating procedures, and training programs for new staff.
- Perform periodic risk assessments and suggest improvements to enhance the physical security posture of the organization.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in security, asset protection, or a related field.
- Core Skills:
- Security awareness and analysis.
- Ability to assess and mitigate security threats.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment and access control systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong observational abilities, excellent communication, quick decision‑making, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods; must be able to lift moderate loads when necessary.
