We are seeking a motivated Administrator Administrasi to join our dynamic team in the Katang‑Paron‑Gorante area. This full‑time position is ideal for recent high school graduates who are eager to develop professional administrative skills while contributing to a fast‑growing regional office. The role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and provides hands‑on experience with data management, video editing, and office coordination.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate electronic records using Microsoft Office and specialized administration software.
- Create, edit, and format short promotional or instructional videos to support internal communications and marketing initiatives.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the workspace remains organized and functional.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and take clear, concise minutes for senior staff.
- Assist in the preparation of routine reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for departmental reviews.
- Handle incoming calls and email inquiries with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Support human resources with onboarding paperwork, attendance tracking, and employee record updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company data protection policies.
- Provide occasional on‑site assistance for events, workshops, or community outreach activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender preference: Female (single status preferred).
- Maximum age: 22 years.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including word processing, spreadsheets, and internet research.
- Demonstrated ability to edit video clips using standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Filmora, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Preferably resides in or near Katang, Paron, Gorante, or surrounding neighborhoods to facilitate punctual attendance.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a small team.
