Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor ACM (Assistant Manager Operational) to join our fast‑growing entertainment and events division. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations, driving team performance, and delivering memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the entertainment industry, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store and venue operations, ensuring all processes align with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of front‑line staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Develop, plan, and execute promotional events, concerts, and special programs that attract diverse audiences.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, conducting regular audits and liaising with vendors to secure timely deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare operational reports, sales analyses, and KPI dashboards for senior management review.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, health and safety guidelines, and company policies, especially during national holidays and shift work.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and creative teams to align event concepts with budgetary constraints and brand positioning.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process bottlenecks and recommending effective solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during emergencies, coordinating response actions with security and external agencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any field.
  • Age limit: maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Female (preferred) – however all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Marital status: Unmarried.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills; friendly, approachable, and able to work effectively within a team.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, organize, and execute events; passion for the entertainment industry.
  • Basic knowledge of store management systems and inventory control software.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
