Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Kasir Profesional to join our dynamic retail team. As the front‑line financial ambassador, you will ensure smooth, accurate transactions while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Process cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately and efficiently using our point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
  • Verify the authenticity of currency and handle foreign exchange transactions when required.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer, perform regular reconciliations, and report any discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges while promoting store promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales associates, inventory staff, and management to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Monitor and restock checkout supplies (receipts, bags, promotional flyers) to keep the station well‑organized.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, data privacy, and health‑and‑safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve common checkout issues, such as price mismatches or system errors, with minimal supervision.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet the store’s operational needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in retail cash handling or a related customer‑service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Demonstrated honesty, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable performing under high‑volume, time‑sensitive conditions.
  • Proficiency with standard POS software and basic computer literacy.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime.
