Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision‑making and long‑term corporate growth.
- Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Prepare detailed management reports, variance analyses, and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with department heads to align financial targets with operational plans.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury activities, including banking relationships and foreign exchange risk.
- Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions, new product launches, and capital investment proposals.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, ensuring robust risk management and adherence to corporate governance policies.
- Lead a small team of junior analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Utilize advanced accounting software and ERP systems to streamline processes and improve data integrity.
- Communicate financial insights effectively to non‑financial stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP/financial systems, and data visualization tools.
- Language: Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to start work immediately.

- Availability: Ready to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
