Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Administrator Keuangan dan Pengelolaan Anggaran to join our dynamic digital printing division. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial recording, cash flow management, and seamless coordination between the accounting department and operational teams. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a strong academic foundation in accounting or finance, as well as those who bring up to one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sales and purchase invoices in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Develop daily cash flow statements, monitor office cash balances, and forecast short‑term financial needs.
- Perform cash deposits, execute bank reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Record and input inventory movements, ensuring accurate tracking of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.
- Manage employee attendance data, calculate payroll, and coordinate with HR to ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Generate periodic stock‑taking reports, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to minimize shrinkage.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create financial dashboards and presentation materials for management.
- Operate accounting software such as Accurate, entering journal entries, and maintaining the general ledger.
- Collaborate closely with the production, sales, and procurement teams to align financial data with operational activities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and support external auditors during audits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Hands‑on experience or training with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar).
- Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional, courteous, and friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly across departments.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of experience in financial administration or accounting are preferred.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
