Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor Tim Operasional to join our dynamic operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of our food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement across all operational activities. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be an integral part of a collaborative environment that values discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of operational staff, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak periods and efficient shift handovers.
- Monitor food and beverage preparation processes to guarantee compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and liaise with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
- Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure all team members adhere to them.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning challenging situations into positive experiences.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as service speed, waste reduction, and cost control.
- Facilitate training sessions on food safety, service excellence, and equipment handling to promote continuous skill development.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, procurement, and marketing teams to align operational activities with broader business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and enhanced guest satisfaction, and propose actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Preferably prior experience in supervisory or team lead roles within the food & beverage sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate diverse staff members.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage management, including inventory control and safety regulations.
