Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality English lessons in accordance with the school’s SOP, utilizing a blend of interactive, multimedia, and project‑based learning strategies.
- Monitor and assess each student’s progress, providing timely feedback and personalized support to accelerate language acquisition.
- Collaborate with the unit head to implement specific programs, such as enrichment workshops, exam preparation courses, and cultural exchange activities.
- Execute the annual academic agenda set by the chief academic officer, including scheduling, assessment timelines, and special events.
- Develop and continuously refine curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, share best practices, and contribute to professional development sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance data for internal reporting.
- Support recruitment initiatives by attending orientation sessions and assisting with onboarding of new teachers at the Tangerang headquarters.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 23 and 35 years.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English Education or a closely related field.
- At least one year of teaching experience; fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are also welcome.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; ability to conduct lessons entirely in English.
- Strong communication skills, an open‑minded attitude, and a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated creativity in lesson design and the ability to generate innovative teaching ideas.
- Problem‑solving aptitude, especially in addressing diverse learner needs.
- Willingness to travel to both Kota Wisata and CitraGran Cibubur units and to attend training sessions in Tangerang.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 16:00.
