Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills: good attitude, smart, communicative, and interactive.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and a keen understanding of digital trends.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and lead diverse groups.
- Quick learner with a willingness to accept and act on constructive feedback.
- Not currently employed by another event‑organizing entity.
- Leadership capabilities with a track record of guiding projects to successful completion.
- Marketing expertise, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Creative talent in art, design, and multimedia production (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
- Solid knowledge of photography principles and an excellent sense of visual aesthetics.
- Excellent spoken communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
