Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Referral Specialist to join our growing team within the hospital industry. Based in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan, this role focuses on driving sales initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hospital sales, a proactive mindset, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional programs that align with our corporate growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute daily sales operations to support the achievement of company revenue targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales and marketing programs aimed at expanding our market segment within the healthcare sector.
- Establish and nurture relationships with external partners—including medical device distributors, hospital procurement teams, and referral networks—to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and potential referral sources, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Handle client complaints and service issues promptly, ensuring resolutions maintain strong, long‑term relationships and uphold the company’s reputation.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as referral volume, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical teams to create tailored promotional materials and educational workshops for hospital staff.
- Lead training sessions for junior sales staff, sharing best practices in consultative selling and referral management.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies throughout all sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a background in healthcare, business, or marketing is preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience within hospitals or related healthcare settings.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication and networking skills to build and sustain referral partnerships.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities, capable of guiding cross‑functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with healthcare sales platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan, Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
