To support our continued expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Penjaga Toko Retail (Retail Store Attendant) who is enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, and ready to become the friendly face of our store.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional attitude and provide assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records by performing regular stock counts, updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and organize daily sales and stock reports in Microsoft Word for store management review.
- Ensure the sales floor, display shelves, and checkout area remain clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in merchandising by arranging products according to planograms, replenishing shelves, and creating attractive product displays.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate more complex issues to the store manager.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets, participate in shift handovers, and contribute ideas for improving store operations.
- Adhere to the store’s opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, promotional offers, and retail best practices.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to create simple spreadsheets and documents.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Honest, trustworthy, and possess excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work the store’s operational hours (08:00 – 17:00) and adapt to schedule adjustments as needed.
- Customer‑service mindset with a genuine desire to help shoppers find what they need.
