Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture existing Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) agreements with dealers, ensuring compliance and mutual satisfaction.
- Educate dealers and channel partners on product features, promotional programs, and the latest digital tools to drive sales.
- Identify and onboard new dealer partners, conducting thorough onboarding sessions that cover contract terms, product knowledge, and order entry processes.
- Coordinate daily with the Section Head of Motor at the branch to align marketing activities with sales targets and inventory planning.
- Guide dealers on independent purchase order (PO) input, troubleshooting issues and providing step‑by‑step support.
- Develop and execute social‑media marketing campaigns (especially for female team members) to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as lead conversion rates, dealer satisfaction scores, and digital engagement metrics, reporting insights to senior management.
- Continuously learn about emerging digital sales trends, e‑commerce platforms, and automotive market dynamics to keep the dealership competitive.
Requirements
- Open to all educational backgrounds; no minimum degree required.
- Minimum age of 19 years; gender‑neutral hiring policy.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and access to a personal motorbike for local travel.
- Proficient use of Android smartphones and active personal mobile number.
- Strong desire to learn about online sales, digital marketing, and the automotive industry.
- Sales‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication skills, high integrity, resilience, and a never‑give‑up attitude.
