Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products to existing clients and new prospects across the Tanjung Pinang region.
  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential customers through cold calling, networking events, and referral channels.
  • Collect initial customer data, verify documentation, and prepare complete credit applications in accordance with internal policies.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, liaise with the credit assessment team, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Provide clear information on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other relevant terms to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating status reports, sales pipelines, and performance metrics on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the distribution channel partners to secure orders, negotiate terms, and resolve any issues that arise during the sales cycle.
  • Conduct post‑sale follow‑up calls to verify product satisfaction, address concerns, and uncover opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting consumer financing in the region.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven negotiation skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • High integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid active SIM A/C license.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, basic Excel, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with flexibility for occasional field visits.
