Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kasir Cabang Pamekasan to join our fast‑growing retail and e‑commerce team on a full‑time basis. Based in the vibrant town of Pamekasan, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our physical branch while also managing online sales channels and social media interactions. Responsibilities

  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain the cash register, perform daily reconciliations, and ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Assist customers in‑store with product inquiries, upselling, and cross‑selling to maximize sales.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
  • Manage and optimize product listings on online marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak).
  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media content that promotes in‑store promotions and online offers.
  • Respond promptly to customer messages and reviews on social platforms, turning inquiries into sales.
  • Work under defined sales targets and handle pressure during peak periods such as holidays and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area in accordance with company standards.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work Experience: No prior experience required, but experience in online marketplace sales is a strong advantage.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong customer service orientation and food‑beverage service skills.
    • Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
    • Professional etiquette and ethical service standards.
    • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems, and online sales tools).
  • Personal Traits: Honest, disciplined, communicative, and able to thrive under target‑driven pressure.
  • Availability: Full‑time commitment, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
