Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable assistance on mobile phone products, accessories, and related services.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash register handling, and reconciliation of sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our store management system, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, well‑organized, and visually appealing; arrange product displays to highlight promotions and new arrivals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, striving for first‑contact resolution and high satisfaction scores.
- Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, foot traffic, and conversion rates to the store manager.
- Adapt quickly to changes in product lines, pricing, or promotional campaigns, ensuring all staff are informed and prepared.
- Collaborate closely with the inventory and logistics teams to minimize stock‑outs and overstock situations.
- Uphold company standards for honesty, discipline, friendliness, and accountability in every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per current hiring policy).
- Age: Open to candidates who meet the minimum legal working age.
- Not currently enrolled in a university program; full‑time availability required.
- Prior experience in the mobile phone retail or service industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a friendly demeanor.
- Professional appearance – tidy, well‑groomed, and presentable.
- Strong adaptability; able to learn new product specifications and store procedures quickly.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
