Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Supervisor Sumber Daya Manusia (HR) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, maintaining compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in human resources, strong analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset to support both the workforce and the broader business objectives.

The position operates Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, offering a structured yet engaging work environment where you will partner closely with senior management, department heads, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection: Design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding for permanent and contract staff.
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management: Define, monitor, and report HR KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, turnover rate, and employee engagement scores to drive continuous improvement.
  • Attendance Management: Oversee daily attendance tracking, address absenteeism issues, and ensure accurate recording in the HRIS system.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Calculate monthly bonuses, incentives, and oversee payroll processing, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions.
  • SOP Development: Create, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures that align with organizational structure and regulatory requirements.
  • Contract Management & Compliance: Draft and negotiate employee contracts, ensure compliance with UUD Tenaga Kerja (Indonesian Labor Law), and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Analyze HR metrics, produce insightful reports, and recommend actionable strategies to senior leadership.
  • General Administration (GA) Support: Manage office facilities, transportation logistics, and other GA functions that enable smooth business operations.
  • Ad‑hoc Projects: Lead or support special HR initiatives, such as employee surveys, training programs, and organizational development activities.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools effectively to streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor legislation (UUD Tenaga Kerja) and social security programs (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment cycles, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Excellent analytical mindset with proven experience in interpreting HR metrics and translating insights into strategic actions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions for data analysis.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Adaptability and quick learning ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of handling diverse stakeholder needs.
