Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front‑of‑House Waitstaff to join our dynamic hospitality team. Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest experiences a warm welcome, seamless service, and memorable dining experience. Candidates must be devout Muslims, demonstrate a good attitude, and have at least one year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and confirm any special dietary or religious requirements.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met and that each dish is delivered at the appropriate temperature.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and monitoring floor conditions for safety.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with kitchen staff to address any issues swiftly.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, bussers, and managers to deliver coordinated service during peak periods.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Promote daily specials, upsell menu items, and suggest appropriate wine or beverage pairings to increase average ticket value.
- Maintain personal appearance and uniform standards, representing the brand’s image at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a front‑of‑house or waitstaff position.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably basic English).
- Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Low‑drama attitude with a focus on professionalism and teamwork.
- Own reliable transportation for commuting to and from the workplace.
- Devout Muslim with adherence to Islamic values and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including a friendly smile, active listening, and empathy.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or cover shift changes when required.
