Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan (Cleaning Officer) to join our team in Boyolali. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail‑oriented individual who takes pride in keeping the workplace orderly and adheres to the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of office floors, restrooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and local regulations, including recycling where applicable.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and restroom consumables.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the facilities supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is stored properly and serviced when needed.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist in special projects such as deep‑cleaning after events, seasonal cleaning, or preparation for audits.
- Collaborate with other facilities staff to support overall building upkeep and emergency response procedures.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- No prior experience required, though any previous cleaning or facilities work is considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning schedules.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate weights, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand instructions and report issues clearly.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility toward workplace hygiene.
