Introduction
Bima, a leading fintech platform dedicated to financial inclusion, is expanding its network of agents through the AmarthaLink service. We are looking for a dynamic Agent Partner – Penjualan Akuisisi who can drive agency acquisition, nurture relationships, and help bring innovative credit solutions to underserved communities across Indonesia. This full‑time position is based in a field‑oriented environment, offering the chance to work independently while collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in accordance with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct on‑site and virtual presentations to educate prospective agents about the benefits, features, and operational procedures of AmarthaLink.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing agents to ensure high satisfaction and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Provide hands‑on training and continuous support on system usage, product catalogues, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor transaction volumes, repayment rates, and overall performance metrics of each agent, taking corrective action when needed.
- Analyze local market potential, competitor activity, and demographic trends to develop tailored expansion strategies for assigned territories.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on acquisition progress, sales pipelines, and agent performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and risk teams to align agent onboarding processes with company standards.
- Maintain a personal inventory of promotional materials, contracts, and documentation required for agent sign‑ups.
- Travel frequently within the assigned area, using a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in acquisition sales within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecom, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
- Strong knowledge of the local geography and the ability to navigate diverse market conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on ethical selling and relationship building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Possession of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and a valid SIM C.
- Willingness to work on the field, Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
