Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Toko Online – Pengelolaan Produk & Layanan Pelanggan to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. This role focuses on managing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless order processing across major marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, communicative woman under 30 years of age who possesses a genuine passion for skincare and cosmetics and is ready to thrive in a dynamic, shift‑based environment.
Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and optimize product information (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) on all assigned marketplace channels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock reconciliations, and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stock‑outs.
- Handle inbound customer communications via chat, email, and phone, providing prompt, courteous, and solution‑focused support.
- Process orders from confirmation to shipment, ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and timely hand‑over to logistics partners.
- Monitor order status, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate returns or exchanges while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Conduct regular market research on competitor pricing, promotional tactics, and emerging trends in the skincare and cosmetics sector.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering sales volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Assist in the creation of promotional campaigns, flash sales, and bundle offers in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Maintain organized digital archives of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
- Participate in rolling night shifts as required, and be flexible to work overtime during peak sales periods such as holidays or special promotions.
Requirements
- Female, maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proven experience (at least 1 year preferred) managing product listings and customer service on marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia).
- Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products, including ingredient terminology and usage guidelines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey product benefits clearly to customers.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and detail‑oriented with strong data‑entry and archiving abilities.
- Team player who can also work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle pressure without compromising quality.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts and occasional overtime.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with e‑commerce management tools.
