We are seeking a dedicated and talented Kapster Salon Profesional to join our dynamic team at Salon Profesional. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, allowing for a balanced work‑life schedule while serving a vibrant clientele eager for high‑quality hair and beauty services.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, ensuring each client leaves satisfied.
- Conduct thorough beauty and hair consultations to understand client preferences, recommend appropriate styles, and suggest suitable products.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all tools, workstations, and salon areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide cutting‑edge services.
- Manage client appointments efficiently using the salon’s scheduling system, confirming bookings and handling walk‑ins with professionalism.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists, reception staff, and management to create a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Promote salon services and retail products, contributing to daily sales targets and upselling opportunities.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and product demos to continuously improve skill sets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring repeat business.
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the salon, including inventory management and display arrangements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per client preferences and salon policy).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible for candidates with strong potential).
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional salon experience; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to listen, advise, and build trust with clients.
- Passion for beauty and hair care, with a willingness to stay current on industry trends.
- Proficiency in basic hair consultation and product recommendation.
