Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble and present all menu items, ensuring each order meets Wingstop’s quality and timing standards.
- Deliver the Excellent Service program by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, including grills, fryers, prep tables, and dining areas, in accordance with the restaurant’s hygiene protocols.
- Follow Food Safety and Operational procedures rigorously, including proper food storage, temperature monitoring, and waste disposal.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any equipment malfunctions to management.
- Collaborate closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, following the point‑of‑sale (POS) system guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service standards.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, such as sudden rushes of guests or special promotional events, while maintaining composure under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the F&B or hospitality sector, preferably in a fast‑casual or quick‑service restaurant.
