The position offers both part‑time and full‑time schedules, with shifts running from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday. Responsibilities

  • Accurately assemble and present all menu items, ensuring each order meets Wingstop’s quality and timing standards.
  • Deliver the Excellent Service program by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, including grills, fryers, prep tables, and dining areas, in accordance with the restaurant’s hygiene protocols.
  • Follow Food Safety and Operational procedures rigorously, including proper food storage, temperature monitoring, and waste disposal.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any equipment malfunctions to management.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, following the point‑of‑sale (POS) system guidelines.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service standards.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, such as sudden rushes of guests or special promotional events, while maintaining composure under pressure.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the F&B or hospitality sector, preferably in a fast‑casual or quick‑service restaurant.
