Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate Yamaha products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and financing options, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, such as invoices, delivery orders, and warranty registrations.
- Coordinate with the service department to schedule test rides, maintenance appointments, and warranty claims.
- Maintain product displays, ensure that promotional materials are up‑to‑date, and keep the showroom clean and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing insights on performance trends.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in local events, product launches, and community outreach programs.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media, delivering timely and courteous responses.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
