Responsibilities
The day‑to‑day duties of this role encompass a broad spectrum of operational tasks, including but not limited to:
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the supply chain team to replenish merchandise.
- Maintain store presentation standards by arranging displays, merchandising new products, and ensuring cleanliness of the outlet.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Support cash handling processes, including daily reconciliation, cash register maintenance, and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, in‑store events, and seasonal displays.
- Participate in regular training sessions, including the company’s spiritual and personal development programs.
- Provide feedback to management on operational challenges, suggest process improvements, and contribute to team brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations, especially when living on‑site in the mess facility.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following essential criteria:
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 25 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Religion: Must be Muslim, aligning with the company’s cultural environment.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a willingness to propose fresh ideas for store layout and customer engagement.
- Readiness to reside in the on‑site mess accommodation and adhere to a structured schedule.
- Willingness to actively participate in the company’s spiritual and personal development programs.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
