Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Analyst with a strong focus on digital advertising to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving paid search campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative problem‑solving to boost website traffic, generate high‑quality leads, and ultimately increase revenue for the organization. Working Monday through Saturday, you will collaborate closely with sales, creative, and product teams to ensure that every campaign aligns with brand objectives and delivers measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related networks.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid management to maximize click‑through rates and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators such as cost‑per‑lead, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall sales impact.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials, landing pages, and lead‑nurturing workflows that support the sales funnel.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and ensure that all paid media adheres to corporate brand guidelines and maintains a positive public image.
  • Identify opportunities for new channel expansion, including emerging search platforms or audience targeting options.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing and search engine advertising.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior marketing staff on best practices for paid search management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • No strict age limit; candidates of any age with the right skill set are encouraged to apply.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Entry‑level experience is acceptable, but a proven track record of managing at least one paid search campaign is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities – comfortable interpreting data, creating reports, and making data‑driven decisions.
  • Experience with video and audio editing tools, content analysis, and crafting compelling digital marketing assets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross‑functional team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
