We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Offline/Field – Strategi dan Eksekusi professional to join our fast‑growing beauty and skincare brand. This role focuses on building strong relationships with retailers, expanding our reseller network, and executing on‑ground promotional activities that drive brand awareness and sales across Indonesia. Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with new resellers, distributors, cosmetics stores, beauty clinics, and pharmacies.
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies, including product demonstrations, educational workshops, and in‑store promotions.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as bazaars, trade shows, and pop‑up exhibitions to showcase product lines.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for retail staff and end‑consumers, ensuring clear communication of brand values and usage benefits.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, track progress against monthly and quarterly sales targets, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional support with partners while safeguarding brand integrity and profitability.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, emerging trends in the skincare industry, and consumer feedback to inform product development and marketing tactics.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability and consistent brand messaging.
- Utilize personal vehicle and a valid SIM C for travel to field locations; maintain accurate travel logs and expense reports.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying confidence, creativity, and strong communication skills in all public interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 degree preferred, especially in Marketing, Management, Communications, or Business.
- All genders accepted; professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Genuine interest in cosmetics, skincare, or related beauty sectors.
- Proven ability to work toward and exceed sales targets, both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in field sales or marketing within the beauty industry is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred for efficient field coverage.
- Creative mindset, high confidence level, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
