Responsibilities

- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate the Home Credit mobile app, assisting customers with digital onboarding and payment tracking.
- Create and share compelling social‑media content (e.g., Instagram stories, Facebook posts) that showcases product benefits, seasonal promotions, and customer success stories.
- Provide step‑by‑step guidance throughout the entire payment process, ensuring a smooth and hassle‑free experience for each client.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales counter that reflects Home Credit’s brand standards.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, regularly reporting performance metrics to the regional supervisor.
- Collect and verify required documentation from applicants, ensuring compliance with internal risk and regulatory policies.

Requirements
