Introduction
We are seeking a talented Creative Graphic Designer – Visual Branding to join our dynamic design studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating client briefs into compelling visual identities that resonate with target audiences. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects ranging from product illustration and logo creation to full‑scale website design, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners such as print agencies and production houses.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive design plans and concepts based on client‑provided information and marketing objectives.
- Produce rough sketches and storyboards to illustrate initial ideas, ensuring alignment with brand strategy before moving to final execution.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication with external agencies, printers, and vendors to guarantee on‑time completion.
- Collaborate daily with copywriters, marketers, and developers to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with clients, offering strategic design recommendations that target specific market segments.
- Create a wide range of graphic assets, including product illustrations, corporate logos, website mock‑ups, social media graphics, and motion‑design elements.
- Incorporate client feedback through iterative revisions while maintaining design integrity and brand consistency.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all visual materials prior to print or digital publication to ensure pixel‑perfect execution.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the studio’s creative output.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or branding environment.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, with a keen eye for composition, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present concepts clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00, with occasional overtime to meet tight deadlines.
