Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with third‑party stakeholders, including dealers and end‑customers.
- Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of products, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses and feasibility surveys to assess the suitability of potential customers.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support product launches.
- Track performance against sales targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure goals are met.
- Provide on‑site support during dealer visits, product demonstrations, and customer workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
- Assist in organizing regional events, trade shows, and customer appreciation programs.
- Continuously stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in any discipline.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Dynamic, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Valid motorbike license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
