Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Kurir Ekspedisi to join our growing logistics team covering the Batam – Batu Aji region. As a key member of our delivery network, you will ensure that parcels, documents, and small cargo are transported safely, efficiently, and on schedule using a motorbike. Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport goods by motorbike to designated delivery points while adhering to traffic regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct pre‑delivery inspections of parcels to verify item integrity, correct labeling, and documentation.
- Perform post‑delivery checks, confirming receipt by customers and noting any discrepancies or damages.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from the motorbike, especially when handling bulkier packages or fragile goods.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, fuel consumption, and report daily activities to the dispatch supervisor.
- Communicate proactively with the operations center regarding route changes, traffic delays, or customer special requests.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Participate in periodic safety briefings, vehicle maintenance checks, and company training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑50 years.

- No prior experience required, though experience with motorcycle delivery is a plus.
- Valid motorbike driving license and a well‑maintained motorbike approved by the company.
- Strong multitasking ability – able to manage loading, navigation, and documentation simultaneously.
- Excellent time‑management skills with a focus on meeting delivery deadlines.
- Basic literacy and numeracy for accurate record‑keeping.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina to lift and handle parcels up to 15 kg repeatedly.
