Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Agent Pengumpul Kunjungan to join our dynamic team in Pematang Siantar. As a field representative for Indihome, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, promoting our broadband and digital TV services, and ensuring timely payment collections. This position offers a unique blend of customer interaction, on‑site problem solving, and hands‑on use of our proprietary mobile platform, My Vista.
Responsibilities
- Receive monthly customer lists from the central team (CTB) and plan efficient visitation routes.
- Register each assigned customer in the My Vista application, ensuring accurate data entry and status updates.
- Conduct scheduled visits to residential and commercial locations, presenting Indihome’s product portfolio.
- Explain service usage, billing cycles, and payment options clearly to customers, addressing any concerns or misunderstandings.
- Collect outstanding payments, process on‑the‑spot transactions when possible, and record all receipts in the system.
- Provide on‑site troubleshooting assistance for basic connectivity issues and guide customers on self‑service tools.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current with new features, promotional offers, and regulatory changes.
- Submit daily activity reports, including visited addresses, outcomes, and any escalated cases for further support.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand standards during all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; age limit is not restricted.
- No prior work experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in simple terms.
- Proficiency in operating Android or similar mobile devices; familiarity with GPS navigation is a plus.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules.
