Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated General Sales Agent (GSA) – Manajemen Penjualan to join our dynamic hospitality team in Bali. This role is ideal for a motivated female professional who thrives in a fast‑paced guest service environment and possesses a solid background in hotel operations. As a GSA, you will act as the frontline ambassador for our property, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless, memorable, and aligned with our brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues before they impact satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Promote hotel amenities, upsell room upgrades, and recommend on‑site services such as spa, dining, and tours to increase ancillary revenue.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and sales performance for management review.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry trends, service standards, and emerging technology platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory policies, including COVID‑19 protocols and local hospitality regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing department to support promotional campaigns and special events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a Guest Service Agent or similar hospitality role.
- Current domicile in Bali, with a reliable means of transportation to the property.
- Female candidates only, as per the specific operational needs of the department.
- Strong background in hotel or resort environments, demonstrating familiarity with front‑desk software and guest service protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.
- Positive attitude, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative team‑player mindset.
- Ability to start immediately and work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
