Responsibilities
- Execute targeted acquisition campaigns to onboard new AmarthaLink agents, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
- Conduct comprehensive outreach, socialization, and education sessions for prospective agents, clearly explaining the benefits, features, and operational procedures of the AmarthaLink platform.
- Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with existing agents to ensure high satisfaction levels, smooth day‑to‑day operations, and long‑term partnership loyalty.
- Provide hands‑on training and continuous support, guiding agents on system navigation, product usage, and best‑practice sales techniques.
- Monitor agent transaction volumes, performance metrics, and compliance standards, intervening proactively to resolve any operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze local market dynamics, identify untapped segments, and craft strategic plans for expanding the agent footprint within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports, highlighting acquisition outcomes, sales trends, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, product, and finance—to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or higher.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Deep familiarity with the Kolaka area and strong local network connections.
- Possession of a valid motorbike (R2) and an active driving license (SIM C).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication etiquette, persuasive selling abilities, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
