Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Kredit (Surveyor) to join our team in Prabumulih, Sumsel. This role is a key position within our multifinance division, responsible for bridging the gap between our credit products and both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer‑focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end‑to‑end credit application process with professionalism and precision.
As an integral member of our sales and credit team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and delivering a seamless financing experience to dealers, individual borrowers, and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s credit products to existing customers as well as new prospects through various channels, including direct visits, telephone outreach, and digital platforms.
- Generate orders from distribution channels by conducting initial data collection, verifying customer information, and assembling complete credit applications.
- Perform on‑site surveys and credit assessments, ensuring that all required documentation (e.g., identification, financial statements, collateral details) is accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, coordinating closely with underwriting, legal, and operations teams to expedite approvals.
- Communicate credit decisions promptly to dealers and customers, providing clear explanations of terms, conditions, and next steps.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information necessary for smooth loan servicing.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, proposals, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system to support data‑driven decision making.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling ancillary services such as insurance, maintenance packages, or refinancing options.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact the multifinance market.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer preferences, and potential improvements to product offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Age: Maximum 30 years (candidates up to 29 years are preferred).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or credit surveying; experience in the multifinance sector is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse customers.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess creditworthiness and interpret financial data.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle) license for field visits.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with CRM or loan management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
