Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise field marketing events, roadshows, and product launches within Surabaya Barat, Gresik, and Lamongan.
- Develop detailed event calendars, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Lead a team of field marketers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and motivation to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Coordinate with sales, creative, and logistics departments to secure venues, promotional materials, and on‑site support.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance using KPIs such as foot traffic, lead generation, brand awareness lift, and ROI.
- Prepare post‑event reports, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, municipal authorities, and community partners to facilitate smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local licensing requirements.
- Handle on‑site troubleshooting, including staff scheduling, equipment failures, and unexpected weather conditions.
- Continuously seek innovative activation ideas that resonate with regional consumer trends and cultural nuances.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D1 (any major) – preferably D3/D4 for additional consideration.
- Age limit: maximum 35 years old.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, with a proven track record in leadership or team supervision.
- Demonstrated experience handling events; event‑management background is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver’s licenses: SIM A & C.
- Deep familiarity with the western Surabaya area, Gresik, and Lamongan – knowledge of local demographics and market dynamics.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve set targets.
- Strong communication skills – clear, confident speaking and persuasive presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and detail‑orientation skills – capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
