Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of specialty coffee beverages, adhering to exacting quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Engage with customers, offering product recommendations, answering inquiries about coffee origins, and ensuring a memorable café experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area, complying with food safety regulations and health codes.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and related supplies, notifying management of low stock and assisting with restocking.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service speed, quality, and a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in creating promotional displays and marketing materials that highlight specialty drinks and seasonal offerings.
- Document any equipment issues or incidents promptly, contributing to continuous improvement of operational procedures.
Requirements
- Gender: All genders (the original posting specifies “Pria” but we welcome all qualified applicants).
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a passion for coffee and willingness to learn are essential.
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates should be able to work the scheduled shifts.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably basic English) to interact effectively with customers and teammates.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
