Introduction
Artaboga, a leading player in the Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is expanding its distribution network for its popular snack portfolio under the AB2 division. We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Motorist professionals to represent our brands—including TANGO, FULLO, WAFFLE, IMPERIAL, and others—directly to retailers, warungs, and market stalls. This role combines on‑the‑road sales with hands‑on product handling, offering a dynamic work environment where you can grow your career while delivering beloved snack products to consumers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets, warungs, and traditional markets daily to present and sell snack products using a cash‑payment system.
- Load, transport, and unload product inventory using the company‑provided saddle bag and ensure goods are protected during transit.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, record sales transactions, and submit daily sales reports to the sales manager.
- Collect cash payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash at the end of each shift, adhering to company financial procedures.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store owners and purchase managers to secure repeat orders and expand shelf presence.
- Identify new sales opportunities, conduct brief market surveys, and provide feedback on competitor activity.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to pricing and promotional guidelines.
- Participate in periodic promotional events, product sampling, and brand activation activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, vehicle maintenance, and proper use of the saddle bag equipment.
- Collaborate with the logistics and distribution teams to coordinate replenishment and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Minimum 0‑2 years of sales or field service experience, preferably in FMCG or retail environments.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motorbike safely.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse retailers.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and completing sales reports.
- Self‑motivation, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward meeting sales goals.
- Physical ability to lift and carry product loads up to 20 kg and navigate various market conditions.
