Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and plating a variety of steak and side dish menu items according to the restaurant’s standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation of workstations.
  • Participate in daily prep work such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredient stations for service.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, ovens, fryers, and slicers, while ensuring routine cleaning and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with the front‑of‑house team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, fostering a seamless guest experience.
  • Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Engage in continuous learning during the structured training period, mastering new recipes, plating techniques, and kitchen workflow improvements.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by covering different stations (e.g., grill, sauté, cold prep) as business needs dictate.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: No specific age restriction; we welcome candidates of all ages who meet the other criteria.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior professional kitchen experience required; however, any background in cooking or hospitality is a plus.
  • Key Skills: Basic cooking techniques, ability to follow recipes, and a willingness to learn advanced culinary methods.
  • Personal Attributes: Honesty, discipline, quick‑thinking, and a strong work ethic.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members in a high‑pressure environment.

  • Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
