Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Beauty to join our fast‑growing sales organization in Semarang. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for the beauty and FMCG industry, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving retail performance. The successful candidate will lead a team of Beauty Advisors (BAs), ensure that sales targets are consistently met, and uphold the brand’s visual and service standards across multiple outlet locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors, providing daily guidance and performance feedback.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure optimal product placement and brand consistency.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Coordinate with store managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure SOP compliance and smooth outlet operations.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, in‑store events, and product launches.
- Travel to up to three outlet locations per day, performing on‑site audits and supporting the field team.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years, with a healthy physical and mental condition.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the employer).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Beauty, FMCG, or Cosmetics sales, preferably managing SPG (Sales Promotion Girls) teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and team‑building skills; ability to train and inspire Beauty Advisors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and personal laptop for mobility and reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently (minimum three visits per day) and work flexible hours, Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
