We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our dynamic team in Blora. This field data collection specialist will play a critical role in gathering accurate, timely, and high‑quality information for our clients across various sectors, including agriculture, infrastructure, and market research. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site data collection activities, including surveys, interviews, and observation of physical assets.
- Travel to designated villages, farms, or commercial sites within the Blora region using personal transportation and a valid SIM C.
- Verify and validate collected data against predefined checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Enter data into the company’s mobile application or handheld devices, performing real‑time uploads whenever network connectivity permits.
- Maintain a daily work log, reporting progress, challenges, and any deviations from the plan to the field supervisor.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders—such as community leaders, business owners, and government officials—to secure cooperation and accurate responses.
- Meet or exceed weekly collection targets while adhering to safety protocols and ethical standards.
- Assist in the preparation of summary reports, visual maps, and preliminary analyses for internal review.
- Provide feedback on questionnaire design and data collection tools to improve future field operations.
Requirements
- Male candidates up to 40 years of age; however, the position is open to all genders as stated in the broader eligibility criteria.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK (high school) or higher; D3/D4 qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in field collection or survey work is highly desirable.
- Strong target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and a confident, assertive demeanor.
- Possession of a valid SIM C driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for commuting to field sites.
- Basic proficiency in financial management concepts to handle allowances and expense reporting.
- Ability to work independently from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak project periods.
