Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials with confidence.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, relaying them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely, courteous manner, ensuring presentation meets the restaurant’s premium standards.
- Upsell complementary items such as appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and issue receipts while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including polishing silverware, setting tables, and resetting after each seating.
- Perform routine washing of dishes, glassware, and utensils, adhering to health‑code regulations.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking napkins, condiments, and other table supplies.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to accommodate special dietary requests and allergy concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas to ensure a tidy, hygienic environment throughout service hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; a pleasant, articulate speaking style.
- Proven ability to work actively and creatively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail: neat, clean, and skillful handling of all service tasks.
- Willingness to perform cleaning duties, including washing and tidying work areas.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette is a plus.
