Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, filing, and document control.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and internal communications using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries for staff.
  • Assist in procurement processes by tracking inventory, ordering office supplies, and ensuring cost‑effective purchasing.
  • Provide front‑desk support, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Support senior management with data entry, spreadsheet analysis, and preparation of performance dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including the upkeep of a valid SKCK (police clearance certificate).
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to facilitate smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong work ethic: diligent, reliable, and capable of following instructions precisely.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Active SKCK (police clearance) required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Submission of a complete application package, including photocopies of KTP, family card (KK), diploma, and employment certificate (Paklaring).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of office ergonomics and data confidentiality.
