Responsibilities
- Provide premier service that consistently exceeds customer expectations and maintains high satisfaction scores.
- Motivate, coach, and develop sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets through regular training sessions and performance feedback.
- Design and implement business strategies that attract new patrons, increase foot traffic, and boost overall profitability.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise new team members, ensuring they understand brand standards and operational procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, turning potential issues into loyalty‑building opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting routine audits and corrective actions.
- Create eye‑catching promotional displays and in‑store marketing materials that reinforce brand messaging.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales trends, customer preferences, and profit margins to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Manage store administration tasks, including budgeting, cash handling, and financial record‑keeping.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and place orders to maintain optimal stock without over‑ordering.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment from opening at 08:00 until closing at 23:55, seven days a week.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (associate degree) or equivalent; SMA/SMK acceptable with relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as a store leader, manager, or head bar in the F&B sector; coffee‑shop experience preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities, able to interpret data and adjust operations quickly.
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of building cohesive, high‑performing teams.
- Professional integrity, reliability, and a commitment to achieving set targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques, including espresso machine operation and latte art.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet store hours (08:00‑23:55).
