Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our team as an Administration of Sales Activities specialist. This role serves as the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly, data is accurately recorded, and sales teams are equipped with the information they need to achieve their targets. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring all leads, opportunities, and closed deals are recorded with precision.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing trends and presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including agenda creation, minute taking, and follow‑up on action items.
- Process sales orders, contracts, and invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the onboarding of new sales staff by providing training on internal systems, CRM tools, and documentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, and pricing, ensuring a responsive and courteous experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to the logistics department.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgeting inputs, and performance dashboards.
- Implement process improvements to streamline administrative workflows and reduce turnaround times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in business administration or sales support are a plus.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar sales administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and external clients.
- Strong leadership qualities and sound decision‑making abilities, especially when handling time‑sensitive requests.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
