Introduction

PT. Prima Tinting Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Staf Pengembangan Bisnis (Linggau) to join our sales team. This role is focused on expanding market reach, strengthening relationships with retail partners, and driving revenue growth for our line of high‑quality tinting products. The successful candidate will work directly within assigned stores, representing the brand, educating customers, and ensuring that product displays are always attractive and fully stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products aggressively to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of switching to our tinting solutions, tailoring the pitch to the specific needs of each consumer.
  • Maintain immaculate and fully stocked product displays, ensuring that promotional materials are up‑to‑date and visually compelling.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tinting machines, keep the work area clean, and verify that all accessories and consumables are available.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with store owners, fostering a partnership mindset that encourages repeat orders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create loyal patrons, handling inquiries, complaints, and after‑sales support with professionalism.
  • Gather and report intelligence on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to help the management team adjust tactics.
  • Prepare accurate monthly sales reports, inventory logs, and activity summaries for internal review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, such as untapped retail locations or emerging customer segments.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer goods, automotive accessories, or related retail environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical product details in simple terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and a track record of building long‑term customer relationships.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude to perform routine upkeep of tinting equipment.
  • Proficiency in using mobile devices or tablets for reporting and inventory management.
  • Self‑motivated, punctual, and able to work independently within the assigned store schedule (08:00 – 17:00).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and willingness to travel within the Linggau area as needed.
