Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and engage with both existing and new customers to introduce the company’s product range, tailoring presentations to meet specific client needs.
- Generate and secure orders through the designated distribution channels, ensuring accurate capture of initial data and timely follow‑up.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer documentation and facilitate the preparation of credit applications, collaborating closely with the finance team.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing clear updates to dealers and customers and communicating final credit decisions promptly.
- Inform customers of payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, while addressing any inquiries related to invoicing, delivery, or product specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to recommend strategic adjustments to the sales approach.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years (no upper age limit for experienced candidates).
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; adept at negotiation and relationship building.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of a valid personal vehicle and an active SIM A/C license.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory that aligns with personal domicile.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer‑oriented selling, and meeting sales targets.
