Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Petugas Penagihan Remedial to join our dynamic collections team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. This full‑time role is essential to maintaining the health of our portfolio by ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts (A/R Overdue). The successful candidate will work closely with credit, sales, and customer service departments, applying strong analytical and interpersonal skills to meet strict recovery targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are completed within established deadlines.
- Monitor and update the status of delinquent accounts in the core banking system, generating daily and weekly reports for senior management.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring options.
- Escalate high‑risk cases to the senior collection officer or legal department while maintaining accurate documentation of all communications.
- Identify patterns of default and provide actionable insights to improve credit policies and risk‑mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and consumer protection laws throughout the collection cycle.
- Participate in regular training sessions on negotiation techniques, financial products, and data privacy.
- Support cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and reducing future arrears.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt recovery, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong advantage).
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 30 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with collections management software.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance office that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
