Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern for Reporting and Data Analysis to join our dynamic fashion and daily apparel team. The internship is based in our Jakarta office, operating Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate sales and inventory data from multiple store management systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports that highlight key performance indicators such as sell‑through rates, stock turnover, and customer demographics.
- Analyze trends in fashion and daily apparel sales to provide actionable insights for merchandising and marketing teams.
- Support the live‑shopping team by preparing product data, scripts, and visual assets for live broadcast sessions.
- Act as a host live during scheduled streaming events, presenting products, answering viewer questions, and driving engagement.
- Collaborate with the merchandising, marketing, and logistics departments to ensure data accuracy and timely information flow.
- Maintain documentation of data processes, reporting templates, and best‑practice guidelines.
- Participate in weekly brainstorming meetings to propose creative ways to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Assist in ad‑hoc projects such as competitor benchmarking, market research, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: Maximum 25 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in data reporting, analysis, or a similar role.
- Prior experience as a live host is highly preferred.
- Strong passion for fashion and daily apparel trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good manners, and a professional attitude.
- Honesty, responsibility, creativity, and perseverance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Familiarity with store management systems and basic data‑handling tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Effective written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
