Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (Perawat Terdaftar) with a solid clinical background to join our healthcare team in Kebumen. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various departments, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress throughout hospitalization.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately, documenting all actions in the electronic health record system.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medication usage, post‑discharge care, and health promotion.
- Maintain strict infection control practices and ensure a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Participate in shift handovers, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Utilize computer systems for charting, scheduling, and reporting, demonstrating proficiency with basic healthcare software.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, applying advanced life support techniques when required.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and nursing students, fostering a culture of professional development.
Requirements
- Indonesian citizenship, age not exceeding 35 years.
- Must be of the Islamic faith as per the posting requirements.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) or STR currently in the processing stage.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in nursing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating standard computer applications, including electronic medical records.
- Residency in Kebumen is strongly preferred, though candidates from nearby regions will also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Team‑oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
