Introduction

The Account Officer – Petugas Lapangan position is based in the vibrant district of Tingkir, Getasan, Salatiga. As a front‑line liaison between the institution and its members, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships, expanding the member base, and ensuring a high level of service quality. This full‑time role follows a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, and offers a clear pathway for career growth within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing members and clients through regular, personable communication.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to members’ locations, providing personalized assistance and gathering feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Perform market surveys and feasibility studies on potential new members, assessing their needs and aligning them with the organization’s offerings.
  • Identify and cultivate new prospects, actively expanding the member portfolio while meeting recruitment targets.
  • Document all member interactions, visits, and survey results in the company’s CRM system to ensure data accuracy and facilitate follow‑up actions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new members.
  • Represent the company at community events, local gatherings, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide timely reports to management on field activities, challenges encountered, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Uphold the organization’s values, including integrity, professionalism, and respect for cultural and religious diversity.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years at the time of hiring.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Religion: Must be a practicing Muslim, as the role involves serving a community with specific cultural considerations.
  • Transportation: Own a two‑wheel motor vehicle (motorcycle) for efficient field mobility.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
  • Key Skills: Excellent active communication, interpersonal skills, problem‑solving ability, and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Availability: Ready to join immediately and commit to the full‑time schedule.
